Fixed:
 1. CTCP sound handling didnt grab the filename correctly.
 2. Cron was creating and not erasing a bunch of text files.
 3. Not all echos were theme compliant (they are now).

Fixed:
 1. Personal text flood protection. (How come NO ONE noticed!?)
 2. Semi-random odial chosen for each mirc, no conflict with > 1 mirc now.
 3. CTCP normal protection wasnt properly ignoring.
 4. Possible bug in /chnick (never actually encountered it in practice).
 5. Lame bug in $_scan made it only check 1 channel.
 6. Lame bug in /wrwords made it miss the first word.
 7. Lame bug in a display identifier could have caused kick infinite loop?
 8. /reload supports . to make it quiet.
 9. Couldn't remove 'enforce modes' or 'exempt flags' except for default.

 1. Telnet default is 23 in popup prompt (was actually 23 anyway).
 2. Logview and Log2html fixed to handle $stuff and %stuff.
 3. Debug echo $true / $false was carelessly left in lamehack prot.
 4. Telnet wraps properly.
 5. Hopefully it will work when not put in \overdrive\ LIKE I TOLD YOU.

 1. Load / start stuff was meaning script didnt initialise properly.
 2. DCC logging to work properly with Long File Names.

 -  seemed to find some mIRC bug when I did that, so they are a bit weird.

Aware of userfile $null problem after install - just type /reload.
